Toddlers are experiencing the world in exciting new ways as they begin walking, talking, exploring on their own, and playing together. Little Rascals’ "High Reaching Learning" curriculum ensures that each and every day is filled with interesting things to see and do. Our teachers will work with you to provide specialized support for your child. The combination of an enriched learning environment and personalized care helps toddlers learn and grow with confidence, building self-esteem to support successful learning in the years ahead. Daily reports called, “Look who is Talking” go home each and everyday for parents to share in their child’s experiences.

Gentle Guidance for Growing Minds

Little Rascals’ "High Reaching Learning" curriculum provides an enriched curriculum for toddlers. Weekly learning plans and a variety of age-appropriate activities engage the children's interest, using a personalized, informal approach that helps to instill confidence, self-esteem and a love for learning.

Our two year olds’ program, “Twaddlers”, is designed to accommodate the traits and needs of a child who is growing towards independence. Two year olds are entering the world of change. Physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth is at an all time high. Our teachers are providing appropriate activities to stimulate your child’s learning interest and meet the needs of this stage of development. “Look who’s talking 2" daily reports are sent home to keep a connection between home and school.

Learning, Loving, and Growing

Preschool at Little Rascals helps children build reading skills, self-confidence and a love for learning. To meet the developmental needs of three and four year-olds, we offer three separate programs - both based upon the latest research and best practices in child development and early education. Classrooms and playscapes are designed to encourage safe exploration, allowing children to discover, have fun and learn. The entire program is designed to be engaging and fun, so children don't just learn, they love to learn.

A Great Introduction to Learning

This detailed curriculum has been carefully constructed to help children master the skills that will lead them to success in their school years. Our literacy-based approach helps children experience the joy of learning through stories, books, letters, phonics and early writing experiences. Daily activities support themes, building a foundation in math, science, social interaction, and creative activities like art, music and dramatic play. Our program focuses on developing a natural curiosity for learning. We do this through interest centers that promote discovery learning by asking questions, exploring, problem solving, and skill mastery. Learning centers provide an academic emphasis through hands-on discovery experiences.

Learning Enrichment for School-Age Children

Little Rascals offers enriched educational programs that are fun and interesting for school-aged children. Teachers provide encouragement as children work alone or in groups on theme-based projects specifically designed for school-age needs, interests and developmental levels. Children also have ample opportunity to socialize, do their homework, and play. Little Rascals for school-agers is like a great summer camp, where free play, exploration and learning all happen together.

Summertime Adventure Camp® 2003

Summer time is for summer camp! Little Rascals offers a summer day camp program with all the special activities for summer that make summer fun! Little Rascals takes a break from the school-year curriculum and plans special, fun activities and events for summer with a special summer camp theme. With lots of cool things to do, kids can explore music and movement, sports and outdoor fun, arts, crafts, puzzles and games, and more! Kids four and older can even go exploring on supervised field-trips. We're celebrating everything from music and food to sports and nature to family traditions and fun. There will be all kinds of cool things to be involved in. The fun-filled summer, packed with activities, is for children from 18months up to age 12.

Awesome Activities

The Learning Process Never Stops

The Excel Program is a supplemental educational program for elementary ago children, offering both remedial education and enrichment opportunities in reading, writing, math, and study skills. The program is designed for one teacher to work with three students for one hour. Parents enroll their child for 18 weeks totaling 36 sessions.

Both programs help students excel in school and allow parents to spend more quality time with their children.

The magic of childhood is the ability to make believe. The Imagination Station at Little Rascals allows that magic to come alive. Children have an opportunity to visit the many stations within.

Sharing and cooperating become a fun and positive experience. This Imagination Station is also the venue for Karate Instruction, Creative Movement Classes, Gymnastics, and our After School Enrichment Program. This place is a world away from their classroom environment. It is an opportunity for your child to explore the community around them and learn by interacting with their friends.
